The 30 series adds the capability of indexing a workpiece, drilling micro holes to .004”. Our patent pending “Z Servo” affords the ability to lock the spindle in place during EDMing and “sink” or “Ram” simple or detailed forms.

We incorporated hand feed dials in .001” increments and .200 full revolution. The remote hand pendant aids the operator in easy set ups As with all EDM DrillMate models, you can store up to 100 programmable electrode settings. A power backslide which accommodates workpieces up to 15.75 inches is standard along with auxiliary flush capability. A self contained filtration unit is an optional feature.  Also included as standard is a power back slide which accommodates workpieces up to 15.75 inches.

The Model 35 offers the power back slide to accommodate workpieces up to 14 inches tall and the 35i accommodates up to 12.5 inch tall workpiece.
